This is a Before entering the insurance industry, I spent over a decade in construction and real estate, working directly with homeowners on some of their most important investments.
Over time, I began thinking long term about where I could create the most impact. I was not interested in building a future that depended entirely on physical output. I wanted to build something scalable, sustainable, and focused on helping people at a higher level.
That is what led me here.
What drew me to insurance was not just the business itself. It was the opportunity to build real relationships and help people protect what matters most, not just today, but for the long term.
As I got deeper into the industry, I also saw a problem. Too many people are sold policies without clear education, proper structure, or long term strategy behind them.
That did not align with how I operate.
